Stentech now offers high-precision electroformed parts using our own in-house electroforming process.

Stentech's photographic manufacturing techniques allow for a nearly unlimited product configuration while also allowing for customer changes without incurring long turnaround time or high costs.

Advantages of electroformed parts are:

• Manufactured from solid nickel, which provides excellent corrosion resistance.
• 1.5 times harder than stainless steel of comparable thickness.
• Thickness can be controlled to .0001" increments.
• Provides smooth, burr-free surfaces.
• Does not have "etch factor" limitations.
• Very precise tolerances, typically in the +/- 10 micron range.
